Pre ordered the samsung s24 ultra 1TB Black on the 24th January so I could claim the galaxy watch 6 but EE has just informed me there is a shortage of stock from samsung and they have no idea when my phone will be delivered so I will miss the deadline to claim the watch (29th February ) and it is out of EEs hands has anyone else had this problem and do you know how I can get in touch with samsung to speak to someone about this issue thanks

I have already contacted Samsung.
they were no help and told me to get in touch with my service provider.
when you contact EE they just tell me they awaiting stock and when it comes to the deadline date they must follow the terms and conditions that have been sent out by Samsung.
the preorder system seems to be a massive cluster f***k
