I hope you are well. I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a promotional offer linked to my recent purchase.

On 18 May, I purchased two Samsung mobile phones from EE. At the time of purchase, I was informed that I was eligible to receive two free tablets as part of a promotional offer. However, I have not received any confirmation, update, or delivery information regarding these tablets.

It has now been almost 30 days since the purchase, and I am concerned that the promotional items have not been processed. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide an update on the status of the tablets as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as order numbers or proof of purchase, and I will be happy to provide it.
