On 18 May, I purchased two Samsung mobile phones from EE. At the time of purchase, I was informed that I was eligible to receive two free tablets as part of a promotional offer. However, I have not received any confirmation, update, or delivery information regarding these tablets.
It has now been almost 30 days since the purchase, and I am concerned that the promotional items have not been processed. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide an update on the status of the tablets as soon as possible.

where do i find the invoice number on the receipt from EE?I ONLY HAVE THE RECIPT

@Elisa1993 Was this a purchase in-store?
In that case it should be the order number on the receipt, or if it was purchased online / over the phone, we can provide this for you on the proof of purchase.
