Good evening
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic online from EE. However I've been using it and I'm thinking of returning it as It ain't for me. I'm still in the Cooling Period.
Am I still able to return it or am I stuck with it?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

Even if I've been using it?

Yes. That's what the cooling-off period is for, trying it out to see if it's satisfactory.

@XboxGamer1987 Yes. Providing there is no marks on it you just need to call customer services and inform them you don’t want it.

When I just ordered mine couple days ago they said I had 14days cooling off period and i could return in the 14days anything after I’d have to pay fee, that was Apple Watch not sure if it be different tho

If you ordered online or over the phone you would still get a cooling off period, @BlueEyes2.
This applies to the Samsung and Apple Watches.
