Hi, My Galaxy Smartwatch contract is coming to an end and I'd like to know if I can choose to not renew my contract but keep using the watch without an e-Sim? Thanks.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.

So there is no question of renewing; it is done anyway. You may choose to cancel with 30 days notice & just use the watch over Bluetooth.
