Google discover not working on my pixel phone. Any suggestions ?

Yesterday all of a sudden, my Google discover stopped working on my Google pixel phone. Has anyone got a suggestion other than the ones that are already out there? I have tried all of them twice and still nothing?

Does the problem happen both on WiFi and Mobile Data? Could you let us know what you've already tried please?
