Any suggestions on what the issue might be here? I have contacted EE on 150 but the advice was a bit un clear. I tried to visit a store today but they said they would be unable to help in person as they don't have details in store. I go through the stages and it seems to be working until the final step?

@Dan478 Did you tell them the error code 012 ? Only EE can rectify this. Ask to speak with the Apple Watch team.

Are you an EE pay monthly customer with an iPhone plan or entitlement.
Are you in the UK.
