RCS chats stopped working

My RCS chats stopped working on my Pixel 6 on the morning of October 1st. This happened to my phone, my wife's and my parents as well. We are all with EE and can no longer send RCS chats. RCS chats says 'connected' under Messages settings. I've tried restarts, clear cache/storage, uninstall of carrier services, disable/enable RCS. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue and knows how to fix it?

Oh I did report it through Android Beta Feedback. It would be nice if they acknowledged my feedback or reached out to offer assistance but no, just silence. Let's just hope that when 15 is released that it doesn't come with this issue.

Very few people in the UK care about RCS anyway 😀 It's so flakey.
