No conformation email after upfront payment being taken out..

As the title says..

 

I’ve ordered a Google Pixel 8 Hazel 256gb on a pay monthly deal with EE but not had any confrontation that the order is complete just had the upfront payment of £30 taken from my bank account. 

could anyone from EE help please?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes I’ve checked all emails and junk/spam etc and nothing at all unfortunately
