Hello hope you’re doing well , i’m Kashan **** , last Thursday i buy apple device 17 pro max 512gb silver i pay 30 upfront , they also cut from my account but the payment was pending , today i received refund , now i again apply mobile again same problem like payment cut but still pending , i’ve requst please accept the payment and give me confirmation email as soon as possible . I will be thankful to you

Welcome to the community,
As @XRaySpeX has written, it looks like you did not pass the credit check, so you would need to speak to customer service, as they do have to make sure you are able to make the monthly payments.
