My IMEI number is not working

Hi, Im trying to unlock my old Samsung Galaxy S7 edge to any network as i need to use this phone until i can afford a new one but when i enter my IMEI number it says 

"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please enter your IMEI again or come back later" can anyone help me please.

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried to put another network SIM into the phone to make sure it is still locked?

If it is, and you are getting an error when you put the IMEI number in the form on the website, you would need to give us a call so that our unlocking team can get the unlock code for you.
