Garmin vivoactive 5

Hi. I ordered a Garmin vivoactive watch from yourselves on the 11th January. It stated 3 to 5 days delivery. It is shown as ordered on that date but no further communication and no way to find out when I might receive it. 

How do I find this out? Many thanks, Jon
