Configurations wont install as it kees saying password incorrect

I can't download confirmation texts as it states pin is incorrect help as I bought second hand phone and the settings are missing also Spam protection greyed out any help going forward

Are you trying to download an app for configurations in the play store and need to enter the PIN?
