Why is it taking so long to get a broadband/landline

Hello so the problem is that I made an order for broadband/landing (wifi) I am waiting from 9 of April and when I check the tracking order option it says that they will come on 13 of June I was just wondering if anyone else have been waiting for that...

Hello,Nobody is being diverted to my answering machine? Don't know why. When I'm pressing the voicemail icon I'm just getting the message not possible to connect my call.

How can the EE app be so terrible?

I mean seriously, do they just spend all thier budget on marketing?? The fact that to do half the things you need to do on their, it takes you out of the app on loads a webpage instead is really annoying, whats even the point of the app at that point...
