I mean seriously, do they just spend all thier budget on marketing?? The fact that to do half the things you need to do on their, it takes you out of the app on loads a webpage instead is really annoying, whats even the point of the app at that point. 80% of the time I try to top up, change plans etc. I get an error message and have to try again later. All this on top of the fact it takes the app a whole minute to open, I just dont understand how they managed to make it so bad??

They have been able to rename the app to "EE", much better label! Instead of using the previous; "MyEE".
Hopefully they will do the same for the BT App too.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the app.
Have you deleted and redownloaded the EE app?

That is such a cop-out response. The app and website is the same for everyone. And if we all deleted and redownloaded the app everytime we needed to use it, thats all we'd spend our time doing.
It's ridiculous how appallingly awful both the app and the websites are. Constant error messages on both, and that if the error message even loads.
EE overhauled and redesigned both the app and the website, but did absolutely Nothing about the issues that made the previous versions unusable. Making the new ones as useless and pointless as a chocolate fireguard, and the previous versions.
Your tech guys, and website design people all need firing, and need to go back to squeezing their spots in their mother basements.
