I don’t have the option to view my bills or payments either in the app or on web. Anyone else having the same issue?

Hey Jon,
I just don’t have the option to. It’s not in my menu or available via search.
I dug a little deeper and got an error message suggesting it’s because I’m not the account owner/bill payer… but I am!

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your preferences on your account.

I have exactly the same problem. It is literally impossible to do anything in "My EE" except sign up for more ways to give EE money. Everything else is hidden behind a half-hour wait on-hold to their one customer "service" guy. Since I have a job, and I work longer hours than their customer service, this means I cannot manage my account in any way.

I gave been trying for ages to navigate the site to get access to my bill, its impossible, aldo at 10.15pm no chat service available yet it says available till 10.30...hiding bills from people is surely illegal!!
