Unable to view bills in app or web

I don’t have the option to view my bills or payments either in the app or on web. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have either similar or same issue.

I log into my account it tells me I pay monthly, however there is no way of viewing an actual bill of what I pay monthly, or what extra 57p or other is for.

I have used the 150 number which is quick to let me know if I have gone beyond what they consider fair usage, will tell me over basic direct debit charges, but  then tells me to log in to see my bills- it is like being on some cyclic merry-go-round with no answers.

The internet chat is so laborious and takes an hour to do what could be done in 10 minutes.

I think it must be frustrating for the staff too.though they are always pleasant when one gets to chat online or speak real time (except for one who just sounded over caffeinated or on amphetamines)

 

it really is not very good.

Are you logging into your My EE account online? 

If so, do you have a Menu, then Bills and Payments option?

Leopold Saul Loewer.I seem to have resolved the issue. It appears to have been a problem of nomenclature, a lack of consistency in that department!Regards,Leopold.

I am also having the same problem. I can't log in. I don't get any memu, other than asking me to link my device. When I do that, it comes up with an error message!

I'm just going round in circles.

EE is taking money from my bank but I have not either received or seen the bill!
