In the US got Roaming but cant dial or receive

In the US and got roaming packge, The data works fine, but i cant receive or dial out to the UK,.  I have texted roaming and it says i am all active. Have tried re-boot and turning sim off and on again. Any ideas anyone please?

ftp only working with vpn on ee

HelloI have an frp server with a shared folder On ee data I can only access it through a vpn with other mobile carrier it works fine Why are ee blocking ftp?

On our business account I used to be able to view Call & txt itemisation for all the accounts - this is now only shown as a summary.  Please advise how can I obtain this information please and get this level of detail back on the monthly bill.
