Roaming in Australia

I have arrived in Australia and have the Roam Further Add-on. It says on my profile that I can use my data as usual but my phone is saying I need to purchase a pass before I can use it? I haven't had any issues travelling before?

Text from number +44 7486 631740 claiming to be EE, stating they are having trouble processing my bill. Is this legit?

No one has been able to help me to solve the issue yet even EE!!!It’s been a long time I cannot top up my balance and I have tried everything what I have been told by the community, EE and other advisors.
