Roaming in Australia

I have arrived in Australia and have the Roam Further Add-on. It says on my profile that I can use my data as usual but my phone is saying I need to purchase a pass before I can use it? I haven't had any issues travelling before?

What plan are you on? Is it an All Rounder or Full Works? When did you start it?

The Roam Further Pass was got rid of last year & now it's all diff.
