I ordered a phone yesterday and i can't track in on my orders just wondering why is that.

Phone not working and don't l knw what to do.

Every attept to to order to new phone requires a QR or other code to my phone that does not work. I am autistic and socially isolated. Are there there any actctual people to talk to, or is everything a robot?
