Ordered a new tv from ee . told it was despatched but cantt track it , speak to anyone or even message anyone about it . Had the same issues with ordering gaming a few years ago . Big mistake ordering off EE for anything as once you have ordered customer service goes out the window

Update … got a community email saying if there was a resolve please message to help others …. No there wasn’t a resolve … in fact I’m left wondering now when the tv will be delivered tomorrow … still without a text message and still wondering what hour slot apparently it will be delivered … please don’t order anything from ee if you want an easy life … I am leaving ee as soon as contracts are up .. well done ee

The guide you who checked the tracking for you can also give you the tracking number as a text message for your records, which would allow you to track your parcel at Track Your Parcel | Parcelforce Worldwide

Great solution … one phone will be cancelled straight away . Another when the contract is up next month and mine when the tv is paid off … an absolute circus of a business
