Ordered a new tv from ee . told it was despatched but cantt track it , speak to anyone or even message anyone about it . Had the same issues with ordering gaming a few years ago . Big mistake ordering off EE for anything as once you have ordered customer service goes out the window

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried ringing customer service and speaking to them? You just press option 2 and one of the guides can take a look for you, we have no way of knowing here in this public forum, no account access and do not know who you are.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Letting people know in the community forum not to make the same mistake and
order from ee . Option 2 took me to an option of ‘current ee home ‘
customer or ‘looking to become a new ee home member ‘ neither of which I am
looking for . There are numerous complaints in this forum just like mine .
I’m sure someone will find your reply helpful though lol

Have you had a text from us to let you know the TV has been dispatched? Or has the courier company sent a text to let you know the order is due to delivered? 

Do you have an existing account that you have added the TV and paying monthly?

Yes had a text saying despatched on Friday . On my ee app as despatched 48 hr courier . There is an option to track , same as last time but it diverts you to a parceforce website where it asks for a tracking number … which ee never provided me with … it’s Tuesday 96 hrs later and nothing from anyone . Same happened to the games device I ordered a couple years back …. Should have learned my lesson lol

Once the courier receives the order they will message you with tracking details for the delivery @rabgilmore

Got to the bottom of it … ee didn’t provide me with the tracking number . It is with parcelforce somewhere since Friday . They haven’t updated me with the tracking number either … and I have to wait until they contact me … pretty useless advising a customer of 48 hours delivery service then telling them they just have to wait lol … absolute shambles
