Did you mean:

exactly what do i need to do to watch 'ee tv'?

so, we just switched from bt to ee, and the staff are pretty poorly trained and honestly i wouldnt recommend anyone else using bt switches over to ee.

the people on the phone mentioned our bundle deal includes 'EE TV' and 'Netflicks', yet no one we spoke to on the phone knew how to redeem those services. its a long wait to speak to people on the phone, last time we were past pillar to post 6 times.

also we were never given any sort of form printed documentation or even an email with all of our contract details or user info etc. so basically we are screwed.

Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c? For that you'll need your BB a/c no. (usually "GB nnnn nnnn") which you should have received in a Welcome email. Have you got it?

Have you got your kit yet? Has your BB been activated?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
