I moved from sky to EE to recently and was asked to sign up to now tv. When I log in it’s not letting me watch anything and is asking me to pay to unlock everything. Not sure what to do

You shouldn't have been asked to sign up - you either provide existing NOW username if you have an account, or you provide the email address you'd want one created on.

Please email [email protected] with your account number and the email address you'd like to use for NOW.  I can then link them together.
