Also what channel is it you're having this issue with, and have you given this a go through a different browser?

Thanks @woody66, when you're using the app is this on a different device, or the laptop too?
If you go into the settings for your account too, how many devices show as registered, and is your laptop one of them?

app on phone works no problem. app on laptop is the issue. device is registerd..was bt tv when registered & says last used june 24 only been with ee since november

Ahh okay @woody66 , it's possible that the version of your laptop it's registered to is still from when your account was with BT.
Can you please delete this, log out of the app on your laptop, then log back in and give watching content another try?

i have already uninstalled app & reinstalled app. if i delete the device i cant register it for another 30 days so i wont know if this is the problem for 30 days & it might still not be?

@woody66 My understanding was it was 30 days from when the last device was registered, so if you were to delete this and then re-add the device it should allow you to do this now.
I'll double check this with our EE TV experts though and get back to you, as I can totally understand your fears around losing access for 30 days.

losing access is irrelevent as i cant watch anything anyway at the moment the issue is not knowing if this is the problem & having to wait 30 days to find out lols
