Watch on Two Devices using the same WiFi

Hi,

Are the guru's at EE really that simple that they have made life too complicated?

I'm at home and would like to watch the Sport on my Laptop whilst the wife enjoys her programmes on EETV. Impossible to do because you have made it too complicated.

Surely EE can detect that I'm at home (using my home wifi) and should have access to all the channels I'm paying for on two devices? Seems fraudulent to state you can use two devices and yet make it impossible to do whilst sat at home.

No I don't want to interrupt my wife's programmes so that I can first log in on the TV and then log in on my laptop.

Give it up and get the Chinese to do it for you EE techies!!

I guess you're referring to the message on player.ee.co.uk that tells you to turn on your TV box and tune to a channel. It's only when you describe it like this that I can understand how that's confusing. I'll see if we can improve it.

The reason you're seeing that message is that we can't show the channel you selected within the EE TV app. My guess is you were trying to watch a Now Sports channel, so you need to use the nowtv.com web site (or they have an app in the Microsoft Store). You can log in there with the account that would have been set up when you ordered EE TV.
