Talking with the Sales team the other day - they tell me I have to pay extra to watch Netflix even though I pay for EE TV.Is this correct - or could the colleague just not find the correct page on his screen?

Now tv password doesnt work

What ever i do my password and password recovery doesn't work for now tv..im sure its an admin mistake..I keep getting fobbed off by ee..saying it will work eventually... How do I get to someone at now or ee to resolve this..?
