Unable to dismiss privacy policy popup

If you have encountered this issue, where a privacy policy pop-up has appeared, and you are unable to dismiss it, use the following steps to resolve: Press the helper guide buttonPress backYou should now be able to press Ok and dismiss the pop-up

EE TV order being cancelled twice at warehouse

How do I watch a series that I have recorded.

On my old Bt Box all programmes within the series (eg a Soap) would appear together within my recordings. In Ee (the TV Box Pro) they are mixed in with all of my other recordings. Where am I going wrong?
