Unable to dismiss privacy policy popup

If you have encountered this issue, where a privacy policy pop-up has appeared, and you are unable to dismiss it, use the following steps to resolve: Press the helper guide buttonPress backYou should now be able to press Ok and dismiss the pop-up

Resolved! EE TV mini box stuck at start up process.

Lost channels so did a factory reset, now won't go past the Startup Screen, did a full reset but on the maintenance screen you can't move up or down to select factory reset, maybe bricked?

 my mini box isn’t working keeps say please check your box and router are connected then restart the router iv literally tried everything still not working still paying for it ! anyone help me as i can’t ring them till monday when they are back open
