Hi every time I rewind a programme on Netflix, when I play it it stays on 0% and doesn’t play. This has happened with several programmes. Sometimes I have to restart my fire cube and it works other times it still won’t play. Sometimes the programme even disappears from Netflix when I restart. If I search it it will say the programme isn’t available but the next day it will be back again.

Not sure what this has to do with EETV?
Is the Netflix subscription via EETV, and/or are you using EE or BT broadband?
Otherwise (or anyway) you may be better off asking Netflix support.
