Paramount app locks up

Is anyone else having a problem with the paramount app locking up when certain adverts are played?

So far there are 3 adverts that cause the app to freeze to video but the audio continues. 1 ad is for Cymru and stops when 3 people are in a festival. Another appears to be for Dell, but can't tell because the video stops. The 3rd is unknown but stops with a guy sitting on a green sofa looking at a phone.

Have you tried switching the EE TV box off and unplugging this for a minute and plugging this back in? 

If so, and the same adverts freeze, please get in touch with our tech guides and they can run some troubleshooting at our end to help you further.

Of course I've tried that and it makes no difference.

Usually just leaving the app unfreezes the screen.

But if any of the adverts is shown then the screen will freeze. If the app is reopened just after the freeze and the same program continues, then the same set of advents is shown and the screen freezes again.

What I'm trying to establish is if this is affecting just me, at which contacting tech is worth while or if it's affecting other others which would point to a paramount app software error
