returns for BT and EE

Hi

I retried to add EE TV through my bt account  BT made complete hash of the order they cancel due to a system error and asked to place the order again. I did this received the tv box the next day, which I installed only to receive a message saying that they have cancel my order. so phoned then up who said I should go through to EE. I was transferred to EE and completed my order. whilst I was going through the order process I asked about the TV box I received and did I still need to return the one I had received. I was told no expecting not to receive another tv box. all the kit delivered but also got a new TV box. I received `a returns kit for both but have now mixed up the labels.

Can I send the Router, wifi disk and the TV box in one package? or do I need to order new labels

If you send them all together, you will have a problem with proof of posting of three items and what they are.

Given the confusion to date, you probably want to avoid any doubt here.
