Watch recordings on the EE TV mini Box

Moving across from BT to EE for TV based upon the assurance of customer services that you can now watch recordings from the EE TV Box Pro on a Mini box in another room... can this be done now ? All the posts in the community still say that it is not possible... has anyone done it and can share how to set it up ?

I was even told that there is no limit on devices you can add. The guy just told me whatever I wanted to hear to sign up

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my EE TV equipment, which was due to arrive on and go live 18/3/25 that was the go live but was not delivered until 7/4/25, due to issues within your delivery schedule please see all the complaints This delay has caused significant inconvenience and has impacted my ability to make a fully informed decision within the statutory cooling-off period.

 

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I am entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period beginning from the later of: the date the contract is entered into, the date the services begin, or the date of delivery of any goods related to the service. Therefore, I assert that my cooling-off period should begin from the actual delivery date of the equipment.

 

Should this matter not be resolved satisfactorily and my statutory rights not upheld, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to Ofcom, the communications regulator, and, if necessary, to pursue resolution through the appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. I trust that EE, as a regulated provider, will act in accordance with both its legal obligations and its internal code of practice.

 

Please confirm, in writing, that the cooling-off period has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the date of delivery. I request a formal response within 14 days of this letter.

You've done the right thing in opening a complaint, @Cardiffjamesh. The complaints team will look into it and contact you directly and it will all be logged against your account and run through the relevant processes. 

Is that last message you posted a copy of an email you sent our complaints team?
