Watch recordings on the EE TV mini Box

Moving across from BT to EE for TV based upon the assurance of customer services that you can now watch recordings from the EE TV Box Pro on a Mini box in another room... can this be done now ? All the posts in the community still say that it is not possible... has anyone done it and can share how to set it up ?

The EE TV Box Mini is only for streaming from EE TV, not for playing recordings from the EE TV Box Pro.

So customer services are not correct!!!

Alas, not always, But EETV will not hold you to any contract signed on the basis of what you were incorrectly told.

I’m fuming the pro box just got delivered today after a month w8ing only to find out the mrs can’t watch the recordings on a mini box the bloke told me there all lies

1) no lol it’s on box’s apparently there is 

2) iv asked for the mini box to watch recordings like old sky only to find out a 1990 calculators have mor processing power than the mini box’s dam things just freeze 

iv definitely been miss sold only thing is that the delivery of the pro box I’m now 20 days into my contract and wife is fuming god help whoever picks up the phone tomorrow this junk is going first class return to sender we going back to sky with tale between out legs lol 

I hope not 20 days into to contract and regret moving from sky hope I can go back so the mrs can watch recordings in bedroom

OMG mini just froze again wife only changed channel 

not fit for purpose

i’m in double digits of complaint now three weeks 4 to do with being overcharged five had to do with device not getting delivered and then constantly cancelling 1 is to do it with box constantly freezing now this one have I broken any record? This sold within three weeks, I have after leave before that she asked me for some extra time to sort things out. I should’ve never listened to her
