I’m new to EE Broadband after moving from BT after having my EE mobile for a few years. I received a welcome email with a link for activating Discovery+ as I’m told I need that to be able to watch TNT Sport via my Sky Box. The link is dead and doesn’t work to activate anything. Help!!!!

Hi Leanne,
Wow, i was sent a link via email when joining EE for Discovery+
The link takes you to Mobile Phone sales etc etc etc etc
Then i come onto EE website via google and cant find anything regarding discovery, even using search engine
So; what are my thoughts ??

@NotHappy1231 Were you able to activate using the advice @Midnight_Voice posted?
From the EE home page after logging in select Plans and Subscriptions, then select Manage TV and Sport and you should see a list of your active add-ons similar to the screenshot @Midnight_Voice posted. If you then click activate under discovery+ it should pop up with another activate button which will re-direct you to the discovery+ website.
Once there you either select Already have a discovery+ account if you have an existing account and sign in to link it to your EE account. Or select New to discovery+ and create an account which will then be linked and allow you to watch.
If you are unable to activate via your online account with those steps above, please give us a call and one of our guides will be able to check your account to help with getting it resolved.

Hey @NotHappy1231 , I can see you've already activated discovery+ and that's why you're getting the error.
If you log in to discovery+ you should find it's all working.

I have the same situation where I am being offered to activate Discovery+, but it fails. And no doubt you can confirm that I am already activated, which is why it fails.
My questions are:-
Why doesn’t it know?
And when it finds out, why doesn’t it give a specific answer, instead of a generic, uninformative one?
This issue comes up countless times in the Community, and it would be a boon to mankind if somebody could fix it.

phone ee and choose broadband/tv options. I had this problem and they fixed it on the phone in a few minutes. you'll nee the discovery+ app on your appliance. good luck
