I signed up for EE TV by phone yesterday. I've migrated my existing Netflix account using the link EE provided.
The activate Discovery + link just logs me in to my ee account. So I can't activate that. I need to resolve this.
I have an existing NOW TV account. The email address is the same as for my EE account, but my understanding is EE TV will send a One-Time Passcode to this email address linked to my NOW TV account to verify that I'm the account owner... but I haven't received this. I need to resolve this.
Call times to EE are poor, 20 minutes or longer.
Has anyone a suggestion how I can resolve these issues please?

Could you drop us an email to eetvsupport@bt.com briefing the issue & the email address to which the NOW subscriptions to be linked to, along with your Billing account for us to be able to assist you further. Thank you.
