My SIM hasn't arrived

I ordered a 24month SIM about a week ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I'm just wondering what the usual delivery time for a SIM has been for others before I try ringing customer service.  Thanks

I had an EE representative at my house recommending I change tv and broadband provider from Sky to EE. I explained I was still in contract with Sky, but the EE rep assured me this would not be an issue and they would see to the whole process and pay ...

Text charges

I keep getting charged when sending photos by text message. I only have 2GB as I'm on the house Wi-Fi most of the time, is this the reason I get charged?

Taken deposit

Trade In allowance not deducted from bill.
