Pro 7 Router

Been having the same issues that many others have had with the extender, also random devices no longer connecting and not seeing the wifi networks/ssid. Thought at first it was the extender, having to re-connect using an ethernet cables, but I have begun to suspect the root cause is the router. If the gui can be believed, it switches off the networks for new connections, existing seem to work fine. Every day or two I have to run the ethernet cable and then power off/on the extender, also I have to use the GUI to switch on the wifi networks...

@sweemy It is currently not know if the Pro Hub you have is affected in the same way as the Plus version, still waiting on @James_B confirming so, it would be helpful if you looked at the Hub, Advanced settings and find out what version of FW you are on, below is were they are at and went with your version.

FW: r3.8.24-R-1531355-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version 3.1.3. 17/09/2025 Now https://

Your Main wifi off and the Compatible wifi off is a concern from the image you have posted......

Once cleared for viewing but it is an old EE Smart Hub 6 Plus version off the screen and not secured padlock etc.

Old 6 Plus version before a few FW updates so 18 months or so old now.Old 6 Plus version before a few FW updates so 18 months or so old now.
