My broadband was activated two days ago, I also have eetv package with nowtv & netflix included, to date neither said apps can be activated, only the other apps work, if I try to watch anything from the tv guide I get the error code BTP-15000, if I try using the eetv app I get the error code BTP-15990, can someone please advise as to what I maybe doing wrong??

Welcome to the EE Community, and thanks for reaching out to us about this too!
With Netflix and NOW, you should be able to activate these in the TV and Sport section of the EE app, or via the links in your confirmation email.
Have you had a chance to try this yet?
Also when it comes to these errors, it sounds like your TV service may not have fully activated yet.
Was it confirmed that the TV would go live on the same day?

@Peter_W thank you for your response, as yet I have never received an activation date only an email (see attached).
I have tried activating via the link in the email, it takes me to my account and says I have an open order

Thanks for checking that for me @Dandy1980.
It sounds to me like the order hasn't fully completed yet, so I would definitely recommend getting this checked out by our Broadband Team.
They'll be able to check your order and when everything is due to activate, and if needs be take a closer look into things from there.
