I’m new to EE Broadband after moving from BT after having my EE mobile for a few years. I received a welcome email with a link for activating Discovery+ as I’m told I need that to be able to watch TNT Sport via my Sky Box. The link is dead and doesn’t work to activate anything. Help!!!!

Thanks. I did that whilst typing the question here. The link from my original welcome order email never worked but went through a few steps whilst on phone and apparently there’s an issue. Great but keep missing football games on a service I’m paying for which ain’t impressive.

It’s weird that the telephone numbers disappear when you look at that screen out of hours.
People might want to make a note of them to call when the service is available again 😢

I've just moved to EE Broadband, which includes DISCOVERY+
So where is it ??
I'm guessing a refund will be credited ??

You have to activate it for yourself.
