I’m new to EE Broadband after moving from BT after having my EE mobile for a few years. I received a welcome email with a link for activating Discovery+ as I’m told I need that to be able to watch TNT Sport via my Sky Box. The link is dead and doesn’t work to activate anything. Help!!!!

For this issue you are seeing, there should be a marker on your account which tells ee.co.uk you are already active. Seems like we have a problem where some accounts don't have the marker and that surfaces the activation button incorrectly.
I've put it on my to-do list! Thanks for the feedback.

THIS FOURMM IS USELESS IM READING THOUGH AS GOT SAME PROPLEM THE ACTIVATE EMAIL LINK DOESENT WORK BUT KNOWONE HERE IS UNDERSTANDING THE LINK DOESENT WORK
