I’m new to EE Broadband after moving from BT after having my EE mobile for a few years. I received a welcome email with a link for activating Discovery+ as I’m told I need that to be able to watch TNT Sport via my Sky Box. The link is dead and doesn’t work to activate anything. Help!!!!

For this issue you are seeing, there should be a marker on your account which tells ee.co.uk you are already active. Seems like we have a problem where some accounts don't have the marker and that surfaces the activation button incorrectly.
