I am trying to cancel my Netflix subscription which I signed up to through EE. I've looked on the EE website under my account and there is not listed there under AddIns. I tried calling EE customer services and its useless - it just has an automated system with no suitable options listed or opportunity to actually talk to a real person. I tried version options in the system and nothing leads to a realy person.
EE do better.

Is it because it was never fully activated or linked? I didn't get it activated or linked to my netflix account. Is that why no-one else can sort it? I have no linked Netflix profiles, It's like it set up a new separate account if I log in to ee Netflix app.
I realise it's the weekend and you said I didn't have to do anything further but I'm not currently feeling very confident it's going to get sorted. Thank you.

The Netflix subscription has been cancelled and removed from your EE account. I'm just waiting for confirmation that the final charges will be cleared from your bill.
Trust me - I never let account issues go unresolved.
