Tv and tnt package

Hi I ordered a TV with tnt package on the 22nd march. I have received no info on delivery, my order page says it would be delivered in 48hrs by parcel force but I've had no notification that it has been shipped or email from parcel force. Getting a bit worried about the lack of communication from ee about this order, please help.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi yes I've been checking my spam folder, even tried calling 150 but no joy. The update on the order page has not changed since I placed the order on the 22nd March.
