Oculus 3s gift card

I bought the oculus 3s package 2 weeks ago for my son’s birthday. It was meant to come with Batman, a £50 EE gift card and 3 months trial to meta quest.

None of this was included and still haven’t had it?

Am I missing something somewhere? Or has it just not been sent to us?

You'll normally receive a text in 14 days fir the voucher. If you don't have this you'll need to speak to EE CS.
