I am trying to log in to the Now app on my mobile phone. I have tried using my ee credentials but it doesn’t know the password and will not let me change any password it may have.
Am I able to log into this app or not. If yes how do I. Like others I have difficulty getting a response from EE Customer Service.

We assume it was a genuine error in capturing/associating your email address for NOW subscriptions. We have now aligned the NOW account to the same email address that you've used when placing order with EE i.e., same email you've used for this community forum. Can you try setting up the password and let us know if you are still experiencing issues? Thanks!

Thanks for your prompt response.
I have tried to login using my ee email account details but it never forwards on a response when I either try my ee account password or put that I have forgotten it.
any further ideas. Do ee need to notify the Now database?

I am trying to log into NOW TV on my laptop for the first time. I have tried using my EE TV login details but it says "We didn't recognise that NOW account or password is wrong". Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Welcome to the EE Community 😊
NOW will share the same login email that you used when registering for your account with EE, but will have its own separate password.
Can you please give the password reset option within NOW a try?

Thank you for getting back to me. I have tried the reset password option but did not receive a reset in my email inbox. I waited and then tried again but with no luck.

I'd recommend checking your spam / junk folder, and if nothing is being found in there, please reach out to our customer care team.
They'll be able to look into what we have registered for the account at our end, then help get things resolved from there.
