@Jericho5617  What box did you get ?  Now TV should already be installed on it.  There is no App Store for you to install apps from everything is pre installed.    You’ll also not get full EE TV without a subscription to EE tv and having a subscription to EE tv gets you the EE tv box

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Also, please note that EE TV boxes remain the property of EE at all times, and cannot be sold.  EE reserve the right to block your TV Box from being used at any point.

Apps on EE TV boxes would normally be shown on or available from the box’s home page. Depending on which broadband a box is connected to I think there are 3 variants of home page, namely EE Home Page , TalkTalk home page and a YouView home page.  Without knowing which box model you have or which UK broadband you are connected  and what the previous owner used the only real advice would be to factory reset the box.

Darren, can you explain how these boxes ever become available on eBay? Surely they are on a closed distribution system exclusive to EE, yet they are freely available to buy on the aforementioned site?

Some are sold by customers, who mistakenly believe they own them. Others are being obtained by businesses in bulk - I don't know from where, but it's with our security and legal teams to investigate.

Hi got it sorted now was on the home page thanks
