I pay for Big sports HD but for some reason I cannot access sky sports through now tv, it is saying I need to set up or add it to tv package but I already have it.
It was working fine yesterday but now has stopped, how cna this be fixed?
Could we request you to send an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your account number and the email address you've been using to access NOW sports subscription to assist you with this better?
