I have the full works tv package with ee tv. I am able to watch discovery+ but I am unable to watch any premium content ie premiere football.
Please could someone assist me?

Thank you Darren. I can now watch it on my tv. However I am unable to get it on my iPad or iPhone. Is this correct?

Make sure you’re logged in to the right account on your mobile/iPad.
A common problem we encounter where you’ve created multiple discovery+ accounts.
As long as you’re in the right account it should be working, evidenced by the fact it is now working on your TV.

Hi I have a similar problem I activated my discovery + account through the ee app and it has come back as basic but I have tnt sport and it should be premium can you help

Was the email address you used for Discovery+ the same as the one you use to log in to the EE app?
Which TV package is it you went for, too?

Hi yes it is the same
tv and tnt sport which tells me it should have discovery plus premium on the ee app but hasn’t gone to discovery+ app

Cheers @JakeD1, are you able to watch the sport channels without issue via your TV?
It's definitely worth checking to make sure you don't have any alternative logins like @DarrenW-Tech suggested too.
