TNT problem EE sort yourselves out!

I'm not the only person experiencing difficulties with TNT when purchased as part of Tv bundle. Ordered 50" TV with 24 months TNT subscription. Not able to activate TNT despite 3 weeks of calls to 150! It is now in my " activate now" but when I try to activate it comes up with a blank page. Can anyone help? Wouldn't mind but I don't even like the TV!

Try going to ee.co.uk/TNTSports and see if it lets you activate it there?

yes, tried this and no joy!

after being passed around several departments and being told I would have to change my phone contract, the best they could do was £20 per month contrary to the advertised and already purchased offer of a smartTV and TNT subscription for £13 per month for 24 months, and ooh is that with EE? I asked that the `TV be picked up and returned. Over an hour later and lots more discussions with lots of departments, it was very swiftly sorted and activated whilst I was on the phone. I felt like staff were being deliberately obstructive.

Really shoddy customer experience and service. Unsurprisingly I haven't had the 'how did we do?' text!

@Rob67me Thanks for coming back to the community to provide an update.

I am really sorry for the poor experience you had as this is definitely a valid offer advertised on our website. So there definitely should not have been a suggestion to buy an additional add-on.

I am sorry it was harder than it should have been calling 150, I am glad it got to the right team eventually for this issue and was sorted once it was with them. Thanks for taking the time to share that you got it resolved to help any others who may have a similar activation issue.
