We recently joined EE broadband and upgraded to tv package. We have successfully activated Netflix but discovery isn't working at all, just asks me to log in to my EE app and goes no where and NOW tv email address isn't mine, it looks like spam and therefore I can't access it to log in. Any help?

We have updated the email address linked to NOW subscription/account to the one you've used for this community and for the issue with Discovery, can you log in to ee.co.uk using your EE ID, navigate to plans and subscriptions, manage TV & Sport and send an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your account number and the issue you are experiencing?
